What is the purpose of this blog?
I'm a huge organ donation advocate. I've had the honor of meeting numerous transplant recipients. I've witnessed the pain of family members that wait for loved ones to receive a lifesaving transplant. I've seen the joy that results when a family is able to reconcile loss when the gift of life is passed along to another human being.
April is National Donate Life Month. This blog is a my simple tribute to those who commit to the selfless act of registering as an organ donor.
If you like something you see, I only ask that you share it. Share a link on Facebook, post a tweet, email the blog URL to a coworker. Doesn't matter to me how you share, but education is crucial.
